BOROUGH OF COOPERSBURG, LEHIGH COUNTY, PA

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Coopersburg (Lehigh County) will meet in Borough Hall, 5 North Main Street, Coopersburg on Thursday, December 19th at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:

Deanna Nagle, Jennifer Sarnitsky, & Kerry Snyder request a Special Exception to the Coopersburg Zoning Ordinance, Section 230-26 to allow a Yoga Studio at    134 S Main Street, Coopersburg.

The property is in the C-1 zoning district. The appellant’s application and other pertinent information are on file in the Borough office for public review. All persons interested, or those desiring to protest against the action sought, may appear and be heard. The appellant must appear at the hearing.
